In one of the city’s most dynamic neighborhoods, 165 Chrystie St is a great example of contemporary architecture and design in Lower East Side. The luxury boutique condominium sits directly across Sara D. Roosevelt Park and each of its eight full-floor expansive lofts captures the exquisite greenery just outside through its floor-to-ceiling glass walls.
