Over the past several years, Belmont 79 has completed a variety of upgrades: renovated hallways, now with both Spectrum AND Verizon fios, a cell phone-based intercom system, renovated laundry and mail room, new elevators (cables and electric) and conversion to natural gas. New windows for the entire building were installed just last year. Guarantors from New York City, Long Island and Westchester are welcome, but pressure/flex walls and pets, except for service or emotional support animals, are not permitted.   
 
Fees: $20 application fee, first month's rent and 1 month security. Any pro-rated days are added to the full first month's rent, due with the security deposit at the lease signing.
