Apartment was recently renovated and has a very flexible layout and two separate entrances which allows tenant to configure and appoint this home to their individual needs and preferences.

King size bedroom with a deco fireplace and wall of built-ins, living room with double French doors and a closet, and a bonus room with a closet that could be easily used as a home office, den or formal dining room. Apartment can also be set up as a railroad 2 bedroom, which will allow for another queen-sized room or a nursery. Large windowed eat-in kitchen with granite countertops, full size stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, and a breakfast area. Marble tile bath comes appointed with a tub.

Other apartment features include hardwood floors and high ceilings. Heat and hot water is included.

This is a boutique walk-up building with only 2 units per floor. This apartment is on the 3rd floor - two flights up. One small and quiet pet on-approval, restrictions apply. No laundry on premises, but there are several laundromats and dry-cleaners within 2-3 block radius.
