260 Cumberland Street Apt 24 is a two room studio on the 6th floor of an elevator building on a fantastic block in beautiful Fort Greene, Brooklyn. You enter the apartment through the arched foyer and right in front is the L shaped windowed bathroom with soaking tub. The living/sleeping room measures about 13'10" by 10'3", has a north facing window with phenomenal views of midtown Manhattan, and a double door closet with overhead storage. There is a small hallway with two closets (one of which is a walk-in closet with ample shelving) that leads you to the separate spacious kitchen. The kitchen as stone counters, stainless steel appliances, and a nice window just off of the stove; great counter space too!

Between Dekalb Avenue and Lafayette Avenue, you have Fort Greene Park at the end of the block plus all the wonderful restaurants along Dekalb for you to enjoy. Additional dining and shopping needs are found on Lafayette Avenue and Fulton Street. Serviced by the following subway stations you will have an easy commute wherever you need to go; Dekalb Ave for the B, Q and R, Altantic-Barclays for the 2,3,4,5,B,Q,R,D,N, R and LIRR, Fulton St for the G train and Lafayette Ave for the C train.

There is a $20 application fee to apply per person and due at lease signing is first month's rent and a security deposit equal to a month.
