Large, south-facing apartment. One bedroom fits a king-sized bed with a full complement of furniture, and the other a queen-size bed with furniture. Spacious living room with beautiful French doors and lots of large closets throughout. Separate windowed kitchen with dishwasher. The building has an elevator, live-in super, and laundry in the building.


Upfront costs include a $20 rental application fee per applicant, first month's rent paid at lease signing ($5,500), one month's security deposit paid at lease signing ($5,500), and pet rent of $50/month per pet.
