Beautiful top-floor one bedroom in one of the area's most sought-after co-op buildings!

With lots of sunlight and leafy views, this spacious one bedroom has so much to offer! The over-sized living room has plenty of extra space to add a formal dining or home office area. The bedroom, with two exposures, could easily to split to add an extra room to the home. The newly renovated, windowed bathroom has a both a tub and a separate shower stall which could, with board approval, be turned into a space for an in-unit W/D. The kitchen could use an update, but is fully functional and has tons of cabinet and storage space as well as a great eat-in nook with a large corner window.
