Welcome to Residence 12G at One West End — a spacious, thoughtfully designed 2-bed, 2-bath home in one of the best full-service buildings on the Upper West Side. I actually live here myself, so I can vouch for the quality, comfort, and community this building offers.

As you walk in, you’re greeted by a custom walnut entry and tons of natural light. The layout is smart and open, with nearly 1,200 square feet of living space, wide-plank walnut floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows facing south.

The kitchen is a standout — designed by Jeffrey Beers for One West End — with walnut and matte glass cabinetry, Vagli marble counters and backsplash, and top-of-the-line appliances: Wolf, Sub-Zero, Miele, and even a Gaggenau wine fridge.

The bathrooms feel like a five-star hotel. The primary suite features radiant-heated marble floors, a Zuma soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and elegant stone finishes throughout. The second bathroom is just as refined, with clean lines and warm materials.

You also get a full-size washer/dryer, zoned central air, and high-end finishes throughout.
