NEVER BURY THE LEAD MAINTENANCE IS $704/MO this is NOT a TYPO

Cumberland House, built on the site where President Theodore Roosevelt lived; and located in the heart of Manhattan at 62nd St and Madison Avenue offers a truly spectacular and ENORMOUS 2-bedroom 2-bath home with its own private setback terrace. But this falls far short of a full description.
