Certified checks for the first month's rent and the security deposit of 1 month's rent will be required at the lease signing.

The building requires the following certified checks:

$500 move-in deposit (refundable)

$500 move-out deposit (refundable). Both checks will be required at the lease signing.

Water, heat, and cooking gas are included in the rent. Tenant pays for electricity and cable (if desired) and must obtain Renter's insurance.
