Resort living at its finest. This studio has an open living and kitchen area with ample closets and a separate dressing area. The apartment also has hardwood flooring throughout. Skyview is known for the amazing views, and this home is no exception as you can take advantage of the colorful sunsets over the Hudson and city skyline. The wall of windows gives you amazing light throughout the day. This apartment is not to be missed.

Skyview on the Hudson is a resort-like, full-service complex with 24-hour doorman, large high-end gym where trainers are available for additional charge and fitness classes are offered, Olympic size pool, kiddie pool, shuttle service, tennis and basketball courts, playground, BBQ grills and dog park ALL included in monthly maintenance. Electric charging stations and Zipcars are on site as well. 1 dog per apartment and $78 cable/internet fee.
