The "bones" of this unit are excellent, but it has not been updated since it was originally purchased.  Rough estimates for renovations and contractor recommendations can be provided upon request.  

This 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo enjoys unobstructed North/East exposures that bring in excellent natural light all day, with views of Frederick Douglass Circle and Central Park from every window.   Both bedrooms are large enough to accommodate king size beds, and the main living space is large enough to include a dining area.
