While not living or sleeping space, in recent years used as practice studio for Grammy nominated singer. Has also been used as art studio/ workshop and another time for exercise equipment. Outdoor parking for 1-2 cars. Tenant pays own oil heating and utilities. No smokers. Originally belonging to the family of artist Rockwell Kent, this cottage has been inspirational to a number of artists and writers who have made it their home over the years.
