Bonus room can be used as Office or Den. In-unit laundry area features new washer, dryer, storage cabinet and hanging rail. Cottage has two entries with freshly stained decks. Backyard is private. Tenants will have use of the shed for storage. Putnam Lake and it's beaches, park areas, boat launches, docks and pathways is open to all Putnam Lake residents. Tenants pay their own utilities (electric, oil, cable). Lawncare and trash pick-up is included in rent. Those who wish to apply should fill out RentSpree Application, which is required for each tenant 18 or older. $20 fee per application. Good credit required.
