The building was gut-renovated from top to bottom with a meticulous attention to detail; with new roof, electrical, plumbing, insulation, and a two-zone HVAC system to ensure modern performance. Two large glass-paneled garage doors provide access for large shipments and open the space to the outdoors. In addition the gallery and office spaces are divided by a firewall, making it possible to operate two distinct businesses or rental units side by side.
