If co-op is jointly owned, and the joint shareholder resides at Farber Drive, maximum of two vehicles are permitted. A fee of $25.00 per month will be charged for parking for non-shareholders who are legal residents, spouses, and children. The Admissions Committee meets the third Wednesday of each month and purchase application/all documents must be submitted by the 1st day of the month. Garages rent for $40/month when available. There is open basement storage at no charge, and secured basement storage bins for $600 for 5 years. Sub-leasing is permitted after owning the co-op for a minimum of 2 years, subject to a maximum of 22 development-wide subleases, tenant application fees, interview and Board approval, and a shareholder paid sublet fee equal to one month's maintenance spread out over a year. Can sub-lease for one year at a time, renewable each year. Same parking and pet policies apply to sub-leasing tenants, assuming landlord wants tenant to have a pet, unless its an ESA animal.
