7LMN has a completely unique layout, wrapping the building's southwest corner directly over the River and the Esplanade. The capacious great room is set on this corner, ringed with tall windows and a Juliet balcony in the center. Intimacy with the water is palpable and calming.
A long windowed kitchen lies along the back wall, offering quality appliances: a Sub Zero fridge, a Bertazzoni range, and a Miele dishwasher. Love a window seat? Here you’ll find one in the dining area: a comfortable spot to watch the sunset as boats drift past the “the Lady.”Dark-stained, wide-plank hardwood floors run throughout this rambling home and a striated ceramic tile in the gallery and library.
