There is no application fee for Tenants granted they provide a recent copy of their credit report and scores. Otherwise, a $20 Credit Check Fee will be required. The building's $700 Board Application Fee is paid by the Owner.
1st Month's Rent and 1 Month Security Deposit are due at Lease Signing - Payable by certified check and held by owner until board approval is received.
$1,000 Move-In Fee - is paid by the Tenant when the board package is submitted. Tenant will also need to provide a $1,000 Move-Out Fee to Building Management at the end of the lease when the Tenant schedules their Move Out.
