Property is being sold as-is and requires repairs. This is a short sale, not an REO. All offers must be submitted in writing via email and include the property address and offer amount. Offers are reviewed by the seller, not the bank. Access will be granted only after an offer is accepted. Buyers will have a due diligence period to inspect the property and finalize a contract for bank submission, at which point proof of funds and supporting documents will be required. Per investor guidelines, listing status cannot be changed to "Under Contract" while the short sale is under review.
