Most convenient public transportation with the B/C subways and M10 bus around the corner, plus the M3 and M4 buses at 110th Street that bring you to the East Side, Mt. Sinai Medical Center and Museum Mile on 5th Avenue. For bikers there is a Citi Bike station right in front of the building.
There are no fees to enjoy the building's amenities that include the the gym, expansive outdoor patio, children's playroom and conference room - all included in the rent.
Tenant fees for this luxury condominium include a $400 application processing fee, credit check fee of $125 per lessee (and guarantor and other adult resident), $500 move-in fee (non-refundable), and a refundable move-in deposit of $1,000. Note there is no fee to initially apply, once selected as a tenant by the apartment owner, the lease is signed and then the condominium application is completed with the associated fees.
