Affordable & Beautiful One Bedroom in a doorman building on the Brooklyn Heights border of Downtown Brooklyn. The Robert Livingston building is well known full service building and in middle of everything! The apartment is a beautiful turnkey & southern exposure 3rd floor apartment flooded with light. And guess what, utilities (electricity and gas) are included in the monthly maintenance. The kitchen has been renovated and has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It has lots of countertops and prep space plus tons of cabinets for storage. And, there is a old fashioned pantry for storage!There is a dishwasher and an island/bar for sitting and entertaining. Plus there’s plenty of room for a separate dining table/dining area. The living room is quite large measuring over 22 feet in length. The bedroom is 7x12 and defiantly can fit a queen sized bed. Views are south across Livingston Street. Closet space is very generous and there are four in the apartment not including the kitchen pantry. The entry way closet is a double, walk in and there is linen closet outside the bath. The bedroom has two closets as well.The Robert Livingston at 85 Livingston Street is a 237-unit co-op in Brooklyn Heights amidst endless great restaurants, parks, shops and transportation options, as well as close access to Cobble Hill, Boerum Hill, Downtown Brooklyn and Fort Greene.
