Affordable & Beautiful One Bedroom in a doorman building on the Brooklyn Heights border of Downtown Brooklyn. The Robert Livingston building is well known full service building and in middle of everything! The apartment is a beautiful turnkey & southern exposure 3rd floor apartment flooded with light. And guess what, utilities (electricity and gas) are included in the monthly maintenance. The kitchen has been renovated and has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It has lots of countertops and prep space plus tons of cabinets for storage. And, there is a old fashioned pantry for storage!There is a dishwasher and an island/bar for sitting and entertaining.
