Welcome to 227 East 57th Street apartment 15B.

At approximately 800 sq ft, it is one of the most desired layouts in the building and a great value for an apartment of this caliber in a pre-war Art Deco building such as this. Once inside the lobby, you feel as if you were stepping inside a glamorous hotel lobby. The hallways are also designed in a way that gives you that boutique feeling.

As you enter the apartment, the foyer leads you to an open and expansive south-facing living room which happens to be flooded with natural sunlight from the large southern windows. The foyer has a huge closet which can also act as an office. The spacious living room provides an opportunity for both living and dining and is just perfect for entertaining or just relaxing.
