7A is a large alcove studio converted to a 1 bedroom. Enjoy a renovated kitchen including a dishwasher, built in microwave, large fridge and Viking stove. Tons of storage! There are 4 closets in the apartment. The bedroom has a full bed, dresser, 2 closets and 2 windows. The other 2 closets are in the front of the apartment. With Northeast exposure and open sky you get light and are in the quietest part of the building. Location, Location, Location!

The walls will be painted all white and the apartment will be deep cleaned prior to the new tenant moving in. Owner belongings that can stay or go are: Couch, Bed frame, entertainment center, bedroom dresser, plant table by the window and mirror. The blinds can also remain, but the tenant is responsible for getting themselves new blinds / curtains if the existing ones stop working. The owner prefers NO pets please.

Utilities: Gas, water, heat included. The tenant must pay for their use of electricity and cable / internet to the owner monthly.
