This expansive, convertible, four-bedroom home has been fully upgraded and is the epitome of move in ready. Currently configured as a three bedroom, this is the largest home in Skyview and is not your typical cookie-cutter apartment. The large, open-concept kitchen and dining area make it great for entertaining. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom in the back wing providing privacy to all who live in this palatial home. The primary suite is a corner room with double exposures, ensuite bath with walk-in shower and a custom, walk-in California Closet. Overhead lighting has been added to every room and washer/dryer is allowed. There are new windows throughout. Skyview on the Hudson is a resort-like, full-service complex with 24-hour doorman, large high-end gym where trainers are available for additional charge and fitness classes are offered, Olympic size pool, kiddie pool, shuttle service, tennis and basketball courts, playground, BBQ grills and dog park ALL included in monthly maintenance. Electric charging stations and Zipcars are on site as well. 1 dog per apartment and $78 cable/internet fee.
