Immaculate and spacious pre-war one bedroom available at Turner Towers; the first high floor

This is an incredibly elegant floor plan, with a large entry foyer opening up to a massive 18×15 foot
living/dining area. A bright and windowed eat in kitchen has the most charming combination of
an original pre-war pantry and new cabinets along with a dishwasher, new french door
refrigerator and five burner stove- all Bosch.

The hallway off the foyer conveniently separates the living/dining and sleeping/bathing areas.
The charming windowed bath has original mosaic tile floors, pedestal sink, and a deep cast iron soaking tub. There is a separate shower stall as well for extra comfort and convenience.

The bedroom of the apartment is so very large that it has been easily converted to two separate
sleeping areas. Also windowed and currently used as a children’s bedroom, the smaller space
could be a fantastic home office as well, with plenty of room left over for roomy nightstands

Another plus is that the building allows washer/dryers in the units. One can be installed in the

Turner Towers is a coveted co-op in prime Prospect Heights directly across from Prospect Park.
A grand art deco 24 hour doorman building of 200 units, it is one of very few buildings in the city that
are true “tenant sponsored coops”. The tenants organized and bought out a usurious landlord in the
60’s, sold the apartments to themselves for very low figures, and all the money that was accrued
from the sales went back into restoring the structural integrity and grandeur of this building.
The ballroom-sized marble lobby has been beautifully restored. The apartments are elegant in
design with generous room sizes and classic prewar layouts. There is a residents gym, garden and
common laundry in the building. The Brooklyn Museum, Botanic Gardens and the subway are
