The apartment also has 2 huge closets, high beamed ceilings, beautiful hardwood floors, and lovely sconces to light the living room.

The Broadmoor is just minutes from Riverside and Central Parks and a block to the 1 train at 103rd Street on Broadway. The Duane Reed / Walgreens conveniently occupies the first level of the Broadmoor, with an Urgent Care next door on Broadway. The Broadmoor features a renovated lobby, 3 passenger elevators, and an additional dedicated service/freight elevator. There is a laundry room in the basement, bike rooms (currently with a wait list), and a large roof deck with beautiful sunset views of the Hudson River attached to an equally sizeable enclosed atrium with views of the downtown skyline.

Building staff includes a full-time Concierge for pick-up and delivery of packages, laundry/ dry-cleaning, and take-out. There is also a live-in superintendent and other building maintenance staff.
