Fixtures must be placed

The current water main is a lead main that is actively leaking and will need to be replaced.

Electrical:
(each unit has the box and breakers installed and the lines all run to the specific outlets. A few electrical runs still need to be done for the HVAC system (detailed below).

Electrical ceiling fixtures have been purchased and are all on site. Infrastructure for ceiling fixtures are all installed.
HVAC is designed for mini-splits. Runs for the rear of the house on all three levels still need to be finished (currently just stubbed out) and drain lines for the rear of the house need to be run.
Electrical lines need to be run to all locations where the interior wall units will be mounted. 220v lines for the condensers on the roof still need to be run. No HVAC equipment is on site.
None of the walls are insulated. Some sheetrock has already been installed.
No utilities are on site.
Windows Must be Done:
Third floor, front of house: Sliding glass door for front balcony as well as sliding window for front bedroom.
Basement: all three small windows in the basement on the front of the house need to be replaced.
Roof bulkhead: window will need to be installed for FDNY compliance.
Roof:
The stair bulkhead will need to be wrapped again and sealed to be completed.
Wall capping still needs to be completed, as well as finishing of party walls.
1329 Park Place chimney needs to be brought up to the level of the new roof.
Front door will need to be installed and finished.
ADA Chairlift will need to be installed
All iron work needs to be done, i.e. stair guardrails, balcony and roof guardrails.
