The search for the perfect studio ends here. Welcome to apartment 2008 at the famed 15 Broad Street in the revitalized Financial District neighborhood. Inside, you’ll find a spacious home with an ideal layout. High ceilings offer loft-like proportions, while huge windows let in tons of natural light. An open northern exposure showcases views of the rich and historic architecture and overlooks Wall and Broad Streets. The open and minimalistic kitchen blends seamlessly into the space, and serves as the perfect place to prep a meal, or entertain. Two large closets plus one sizable walk-in makes organization a breeze. Other noteworthy features are the hardwood maple flooring which run throughout, and a laundry closet with washer and dryer tucked within the marble bathroom.
