8 Wakeman Court is your perfect summer getaway. This spacious ranch is tucked away on a quiet cul de sac street. Relax on your stone patio and enjoy the inground pool. Spend nights by the firepit and enjoying the yard. The home features hardwood floors, a primary bedroom on the first floor and a beautifully finished basement for extra space. Basement has a large entertaining area including flat screen TV, pool table and wet bar. Home is centrally cooled for warm summer days and has a lot of natural light. Four bedrooms and three full bathrooms helps to accomodate all and there is a bonus outdoor shower. Located south of Montauk highway close to ocean beaches, restaurants, shopping and fishing. Available August 8- September 1 at $4900per week with a two week minimum. Also available in the off season for $4000 per month.
