This might be the sunniest one bedroom in all of Bay Ridge and... it's on the top floor!

Step on into #5A at 460 Ovington and immediately get welcomed by cascading natural light from the South and West directions. Make a quick turn to the left and step into the kitchen to see even more sky through the huge window. The light reflects well upon the ivory colored cabinetry. The dark countertop creates a clean contrast with the creamy marble-style backsplash tiling. The cooking area has room for additional storage or perhaps even a two-top for coffee.

Turn back around and head toward the living space. Before we move in, to the left is a HUGE coat closet and/or pantry. The building designer loved the sun so much that even the closet has window... seriously!

Now on into the den trimmed with art-deco picture molding upon each wall. A tactful design choice to go with this specific molding is to pick a vibrant color for the outline. This will give just enough of a pop without being overpowering. Or, use a few alternating shades to create real depth and framing for your artwork. Don't be deceived by how beautiful the floors look, they are not new! The wonderfully restored original wood flooring further accentuates the highlight of this home... you guessed it, more natural light!
