New Renovations
Welcome home to this Midtown East gem. The doorman building is on a quiet tree-lined block and is convenient to all of Manhattan.
Located on a high floor, this pre-war south-facing sun-filled jewel offers views, and is flooded with light year round. There are hardwood floors and tall beamed ceilings It isn't your typical cookie cutter rectangular box. The layout feels more like a home than an apartment.
