Although primarily recognized by the public for their signature commercial spaces, notably Dr. Clark andBODE store in Lower East Side and Los Angeles; 355C Dormans is one of an extremely select number of residential spaces originated anddeveloped by the creative firm.



Upon entering, one is welcomed by the built-in shoe storage and custom inset coconut husk mat. Natural finish, white ash flooring guidesyou to an unassumingly well-appointed open-concept professional grade chef's kitchen. Vaulted ceilings featuring exposed beams, skylightand transom windows offer an abundance of natural light. A seamless, stainless steel prep surface enshrined in rough hewn, mahoganyand tropical hardwood cabinetry are exemplary of the home's sleek functionality and rustic warmth. Top of the line appliancesindispensable for any discerning chef, replete with a BlueStar four-burner range with French Top crowned with an externally-ventilatedcustom mahogany hood, Wolf convection oven and concealed Miele Dishwasher. Perched in the joists and rafters of the vaulted ceiling is acustom commissioned chandelier by internationally acclaimed multi- disciplinary artist and designer Minjae Kim, designed exclusively forthe home kitchen.
