Unit 1 is a loft style apartment with three levels and exclusive use of the building's 800 square foot garden. The apartment is used as a 2 bedroom. With 13' foot ceilings, this apartment has been designed with incredible attention to detail.

The kitchen features a 30" Wolf gas range, a 30" integrated Subzero refrigerator and freezer, Summit wine refrigerator, and integrated Bosch dishwasher. The kitchen island features custom Caesarstone quartz double waterfall countertop and Kuzco lighting fixtures.

The upstairs are is used as a bedroom, open to the floors below with a half bathroom, and great closet space. The main level features a full bathroom, kitchen and living room. The main bathroom boasts both a deep soaking tub and a standing shower with Delta rainwater and hand-held showerheads and multi-jet system.
