Once upon a time this hotel was part of the summer resort Village of Sea Cliff! Now the building is home to approx. 14 apartments of all different shapes and sizes. Apartment #3 has been recently renovated kitchen and bathroom making this feel fresh and new. This is a STUDIO apartment...NO bedroom. But you can certainly combined your living and sleeping in this open space. There is a walk-in closet with a desk for make-up or paperwork that has 2 sets of draws on each side. Laundry is across the hall in the buildings shared laundry room. Parking is street parking. Location is prime...Down the block you have beach rights to Sea Cliff beach. 2 blocks to town with restaurants, shops, bars/coffee 2 libraries, museum and the Village green.
